In the official Microsoft’s Major Nelson page, it has been announced that another limited period deal has gone live for both the 500 GB and the 1 TB version of the Xbox One console.
Ever since it got launched to compete against Sony’s Playstation 4, there have been a whole lot of deals on the machine. Some players who love the PS4 criticized that this could easily be the discount box of the decade because no other company would have given so many offers in such a short span. Microsoft didn’t mind these comments, but instead removed the Kinect from the $500 bundle as players thought it was too much to pay for the console. While the official pricing for $400, a $50 deal was often given officially or by different retailers before it became the basic price for the Xbox One console.
Adding More Value
The $350 priced Xbox One is more than enough for most players to purchase it because the pricing is exceptionally cheap and it has also been proven that most titles run almost at the same frame rates on both consoles. PS4 was claimed to be superior earlier, but games like Witcher 3 proved that it didn’t matter as the graphics were diluted to a great extent and the end product was similar unless you plan to compare it with a high end gaming PC’s results.
According to the Major Nelson blog, when you buy the 1 TB or the 500 GB version of the Xbox One console, you will be able to choose a free game of your choice for the same. You save $60 or less with this and most titles look exceptionally well picked. The available games include Battlefield Hardline, Mortal Kombat X, Elder Scrolls, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare or Forza Motorsport 5.
Upcoming Games
The 1 TB Xbox One console which is priced a bit higher seems like the best bet to go for because it comes with an improved controller with audio jack, the Halo Master Chief Collection title which is an exclusive on the platform and also favors players by allowing them to install more games with a spacious hard disk drive.
There are some new games coming soon including Halo 5 Guardians, Gears of War 4 and it also supports Windows 10 natively besides possessing backwards compatibility now. So are you planning to buy one? Let us know in the comments section below!
